Our Service Facility is Located in Leola, PA. Please call for an appointment and/or directions. We do not accept shipments at this location.

We will not be responsible for consequential damages to your instrument or item being shipped to our location. We recommended that you insure your items or practice the proper safety precautions to make sure your item(s) arrive safely to our service department. Please include a letter describing
in detail the problems and any tried solutions along with your Name, Address, and Phone number. Items without this information will not be serviced until we receive such information. We accept payment by credit card, or by check. All personal checks must be cleared prior to shipment of your repaired merchandise.

If you own an older Wersi instrument, please read this important notice!

Wersi Instruments older than 5 years contain rechargeable batteries to hold custom presets, settings, sounds,etc. These batteries should be changed every 5 to 7 years. Failure to replace these batteries could result in leakage of the batteries and substantial damage to internal components. Whether you built your organ from kit or purchased the instrument used, you should inspect these batteries and replace them as necessary. A Wersi Instrument can contain up to 4 batteries depending the hardware updates that were installed over the years. Please maintain your precious instrument to insure long lasting enjoyment. If you need additional information on your particular model, please contact us and we can assist you in determining what may be needed.

Winter Specials: Computer Upgrade for OAS Instruments:

After the release of version 5.0 software, the need for faster processing became more important to the performance of the Instrument hardware. We are currently offering a hardware upgrade to greatly increase the performance and stability of the OAS software. This new hardware is compatible with all versions of software and will increase the capabilities and reliability of the OAS instruments. This upgrade comes complete with new mainboard, processor, RAM, and power supply to replace all older components. Instructions and technical support is also provided with this update. Coming Soon:

We are currently working on TFT touchscreen updates for the older OAS instruments. These displays offer greater visibility and better touch response than the older LCD models. If this may be of interest to you, please contact us and let us know your opinions. We need to have minimum quantities from the manufacturer before we can order.

We have recently starting converting the DX series data tapes so we can offer the complete data collection on one CD. This collection can then be programmed to any DX series organ using a portable CD player. We will also offer a special cable for this purpose when we have the project completed.
